Marc Aixalà is a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, and certified Holotropic Breathing facilitator with deep experience in supporting people navigating challenging expanded states of consciousness. Since 2010, he has worked with the psychedelic crisis intervention service KosmiCare, and since 2013 he has supported hundreds of people through the ICEERS Support Center.
His work is rooted in care, safety, and integration. Marc has collaborated with facilitators from different countries to encourage more responsible approaches to the use of psychoactive plants. He also received training in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy through MAPS and currently works as a psychedelic therapist in clinical trials involving psilocybin.
In addition to his clinical and facilitation work, Marc is the author of Psychedelic Integration, a book in which he presents a theoretical framework for integration shaped by years of hands-on experience.
