With more than 20 years of yoga practice behind her, Malika (E-RYT 500) brings depth, sensitivity, and a lifelong dedication to well-being. Her path has led her beyond the mat into Eastern medicine, lightwork, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, enriching the way she supports students in every session.
Her Yin yoga approach is grounded in the Functional Yin Yoga method developed by Paul Grilley, and she has trained with his senior lead assistant, Jo Phee, as well as Joe Barnett. Drawing on all of her studies, teachers, and lived experience, Malika offers a practice that is both thoughtful and intuitive.
She invites practitioners into stillness, encouraging them to listen closely to their bodies and explore the subtle layers of self-awareness that can emerge through quiet practice. Over the past decades, she has guided students around the world in spaces of discovery, healing, and inner connection.
