MAGDALENA SACACH

Magdalena Sacach will be one of the first warm faces to greet you in the reception area. A Kachiquel woman from San Marcos La Laguna, she joined us four years ago as a cook before taking on her current role as receptionist in early 2023.

Her background in the kitchen and her natural sense of care bring a thoughtful touch to every guest experience. Magdalena is deeply passionate about cooking and cherishes time with her daughters, values that reflect her nurturing and grounded personality. Friendly, responsible, and attentive, she helps create a welcoming atmosphere and makes sure each guest feels well looked after from the moment they arrive.
