My connection to nature and animals has been part of me since childhood, and being outdoors has always brought me a sense of happiness and peace. I have worked as a scuba diving instructor since 2010, and while I was in Santa Maria, Azores, I began taking yoga classes. That was in 2015, when I fell in love with Vinyasa Flow and its movement. I kept practicing on my own and always felt that this was the path I was meant to follow.
Later, while working in the Maldives, I joined a two-week yoga retreat in Thailand. After becoming a mother and moving through drug addiction and depression, I found Bend it Like Buddha and completed my instructor course. Farrah puts her heart into these courses, and I learned so much from her. My life has changed deeply, and I am grateful to share yoga and support others in improving their lives.
