My life’s intention is to share the joy of Tantra, meditation, and love with people around the world.

As I practiced Tantra more deeply, both in solitude and in loving union, I felt increasingly called to offer these sacred experiences to others everywhere.

My Approach

I have been devoted to Tantra, meditation, and spirituality since 1973. Through my work as a healer and coach, I saw that many physical, emotional, and mental challenges are rooted in unresolved sexual and relationship patterns. Tantra became, for me, the most effective path of healing and transformation. It embraces the human being exactly as they are, and opens the doorway to expanded consciousness. I believe we are now living through a global awakening, one that invites both personal and planetary enlightenment, and Tantra offers a wise way forward.

Learning with Osho

I spent 17 years learning directly from the enlightened mystic Osho in his physical presence, and 26 years as part of his community. I was deeply blessed to receive his powerful transmission of meditation and Tantra in many dimensions. Even after his passing in 1990, his presence continues to inspire transformation in people across the world. It is an honor to share what I learned from him as part of his lineage.

Learning from other masters

Over the years, I have also met, lived with, and studied alongside extraordinary masters whose wisdom has shaped my path in profound ways.

• Dr. Peter Mandel: Studied Colorpuncture for 7 years with naturopathic Dr. Peter Mandel, founder of the Esogetic Colorpuncture healing method.
• David Wagner: Apprenticed in Tachyon healing for 9 years with David Wagner, inventor of Tachyon Technologies.
• Kohrogi Sensei: Studied Ito Thermie for 20 years with Japanese healer and mystic Kohrogi Sensei.
• Uezu San: Studied with, and later taught a series of retreats with, the enlightened Japanese master Uezu San.

My Life Journey

Early childhood: As a child, I began asking the essential question: “What is the essence of life?” At age 9, I experienced my first spiritual awakening.
Age 15 - Love for dance: Dance became a profound love, and I felt that life’s essence must be rooted in movement. At 15, I traveled to New York, won a modern dance scholarship, and studied with the Joffrey Ballet School.
Age 16 - Hitch-hiked the world: I hitchhiked across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, eventually arriving in India in late 1972.
1973 - Arrived in Mumbai: I met Osho in Mumbai at his discourse on the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. He taught a sutra I still remember by heart: “While engaged in sexual union stay attentive on the fire in the beginning and so continuing, avoid the embers in the end.”
1974 - Osho's community: I lived in Osho’s community for the next 26 years and received extensive guidance from him on meditation, Tantra, love, and relationships.
1975 - Work as meditation: I cleaned Osho’s home for 8 years, learning that outer cleaning reflects inner purification.
1982 - Press relations in Osho's community: I began working in the Public and Press Relations Department, where I remained for 7 years.
1990 - Colorpuncture therapy & Osho multiversity: I became Director of the Colorpuncture department in the Healing Arts wing of Osho Multiversity, taught a 2-month advanced Colorpuncture training, and offered many individual healing sessions.
1999 - School of Awakening, Europe: I founded a school in Europe devoted to Tantra and healing arts called School of Awakening.
2000's - Became an author: I published two books on Tantra, Tantric Love and Divine Sexuality, and created many Tantra meditations and CDs.
2008 - Tantra Essence: I launched Tantra Essence and began publishing a monthly newsletter.
From 2008 - International retreats and trainings: I began teaching internationally and have since led numerous retreats and trainings across 5 continents and 30+ countries.
Current - Teaching in Bali: I am now based in Bali, where I teach several live retreats and trainings each year, and I have also created online programs for those unable to travel there.
