Description

About Lucy Fredman

Lucy Fredman has spent more than 20 years in private practice as a relational psychotherapist, supporting individuals, couples, and groups through a body-mind approach to healing and growth. In her workshops, she weaves together embodied movement and holistic therapeutic work, creating a space where reflection, awareness, and the intelligence of the body can meet.

She holds an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and has trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy with trauma specialist Babette Rothschild. Lucy also completed an Advanced Diploma in Embodied-Relational Therapy, a modality rooted in Reichian bodywork and body psychotherapy. Her work is further shaped by embodied movement practices, including Dance of Awareness™, which she is licensed to teach, as well as 5 Rhythms dance™.

Based in North East Scotland, Lucy lives with her husband and two teenage sons. She has also been part of the Findhorn Foundation and its wider community for many years, contributing in a range of roles.
