As a certified yoga teacher (BDY/EYU), breath therapist, and spiritual practitioner, she offers a path that reaches far beyond theoretical knowledge. After studying architecture at ETH Zurich and linguistics at the University of Zurich, she chose the transformative power of direct, embodied experience. Today, she meets the mystery of life primarily through her own body. Her worldwide travels have shaped her deeply, and her values are rooted less in cultural conditioning than in universal ethical and human principles.
Since her first encounter with yoga in 1991, the practice has accompanied her through every stage of life. Her spiritual home is the non-dogmatic, open yoga of Kashmir Shaivism. She encourages students not to follow old traditions or outdated theories blindly, but to walk their own path and discover new truths. This supports a deeper understanding of the body, movement, meditation, and energy flow.
Her fascia yoga combines solid training with current research. Her open, curious, and sensitive presence creates a space where each person’s individuality can flourish. The aim is to deepen one’s own practice and rediscover both oneself and the world. Since 1993, she has worked in adult education and teaches at her school BodyMindSpirit in Zurich and around the world.
