About Lucas Hall
Driven by a lifelong commitment to self-development and a genuine desire to support others in becoming their best selves, Lucas Hall made the journey to Bali, Indonesia to deepen his study of Hatha yoga with respected teachers Everett Newell and Katherine Girling of Zuna Yoga.
Based in New York City, Lucas also brings experience as a voice teacher and a background in dance, giving his teaching a unique blend of body awareness, discipline, and creative expression. His approach is rooted in helping students feel supported, motivated, and empowered on and off the mat.
His classes are accessible, effective, and well balanced, offering a thoughtful combination of strong asana, focused breathwork, and guided meditation. Students can expect a practice that is both grounding and energizing, with clear instruction and a steady, encouraging presence.
Training & Qualifications
Lucas' training includes: E-RYT 200 Zuna Yoga; Personal Trainer, NASM; Reiki, Level 1; Atma Buti Singing Bowls, Traditional Tibetan; Yoga Nidra, ISHTA.
