
An experienced yoga teacher with RYT500 training, Louise invites participants to reconnect with the body’s natural intelligence, innate healing capacity, and a deeper sense of inner wholeness. Her approach encourages healthy posture, a supple and fluid body, an expanded breath, and an open heart — all in service of meeting the true self.
Louise holds a 500-hour yoga teacher training diploma and shares a practice woven from hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, and yin yoga. Her teaching is also shaped by years of inner exploration, time spent in silent retreat with nature, and an appreciation of the changing seasons as a mirror for life’s inner and outer shifts.
Sessions will include asana, pranayama, and meditation. The retreat welcomes both experienced practitioners and those with little or no prior yoga experience, as all practices can be adapted to suit different abilities. As Louise reminds us, yoga is not about what you can or cannot do, but about meeting yourself exactly as you are.
