
Since first discovering yoga in 1977, Lori Gholson, RYT, has been inspired by the balance between movement and stillness as a pathway to wellbeing. Over the years, she has come to value yoga as a practice that supports every dimension of life β physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual β and this understanding shaped her path into deep study and, ultimately, teaching.
In her teaching, Lori brings heartfelt dedication, blending compassion and lightness with precise guidance grounded in her strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. She encourages students to explore their own inner richness and to approach each yoga asana as an opportunity to refine observation, reflection, and action. Her classes offer a thoughtful and supportive environment where students can grow with confidence and awareness.
Lori continues to study regularly with many gifted teachers, bringing fresh insight and ongoing depth to her work.
