As a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and wellness guide, I have spent decades exploring how authenticity, connection, and presence can shape the way we live. My path includes building a family, moving through the quiet intensity of quarantine in Central and South America, deepening my yoga practice, and now living close to nature in remote Panama. Each chapter has reminded me of one truth: wellbeing does not need to be complicated. It lives in our roots, daily rituals, and the things that matter most.
