Lore is a compassionate, warm, and authentic empath with a deep personal understanding of human suffering and the profound, soul-restoring power of healing. They have a rare ability to hold space that feels both safe and sacred, offering support rooted in care, presence, and trust. Their work is dedicated to the Inner Healer, helping to transform trauma and gently restore a sense of harmony and connection among all beings, including humans, plants, animals, and Mother Earth.
The foundation of their practice comes from years of learning with facilitators and healers who carry their medicines with integrity, honour, and respect. Lore works with reverence, generosity, and love, in devoted service to the plants, cultures, lineages, and traditions from which these teachings arise.
Lore is queer and welcomes diversity in all its rich and nuanced forms. As a white settler, Lore holds deep gratitude and respect in acknowledging that they live on the unceded ancestral Sinixt təmxʷúlaʔxʷ, as well as on the territories of the Ktunaxa and Sylix peoples.
Body, breath, and the present moment are at the center of my work. Creativity, spirit, nature, slowing down, intentionality, and accountability are woven throughout the process. My approach is shaped by body-based therapy, trauma resolution, gender-affirming practice, social justice, feminism, decolonization, and empowerment.
