With more than twenty years of experience as both a nurse and a musician, Lizzy brings a rare blend of care, creativity, and presence to her work. Her sound practice has included creating improvised live scores for films at Hackney Picture House, as well as collaborating with choreographer Juri Nishi at White Rabbit and the V&A.
Sound therapy offers Lizzy a meaningful way to unite her two professional paths, allowing her to weave together musical expression and nursing insight with remarkable sensitivity. Rather than feeling like separate disciplines, her background comes through as one integrated approach rooted in attentive, nurturing support.
In her sound baths, Lizzy uses singing bowls, earth gong, Koshi chimes, thunder drum, and gentle percussion to create an atmosphere of inspiration, soothing release, and deep relaxation. Her intention is always clear: to offer every participant the most supportive and restorative experience possible.
