Lisa Wallner works at the intersection of body, consciousness, and field. At the heart of her practice is helping people reconnect with their inner clarity—beyond noise, pressure, and old patterns.
The body serves as the main entry point. Through mindful pilates and embodiment, stability, presence, and a refined sense of personal alignment can emerge. As the body becomes clearer, the mind settles too. Meditation deepens this presence and opens a space where new perspectives can appear.
A distinctive part of her work is FoCos®, a form of fieldwork she developed. In this process, she works with inner images, constellations, archetypes, and the intelligence of the field. Connections often become visible that cannot be reached through thinking alone. People discover fresh ways of seeing their themes and can realign themselves from within.
From an early age, Lisa had a strong sensitivity for moods, dynamics, and hidden connections. Over many years, she has deepened this ability through practice, research, and meditation.
Her seminars create a space where movement, stillness, and fieldwork come together. It is a space for clarity, vision, and the question: what truly wants to come into the world through them?
For Lisa, pilates is a way to reconnect with the body and inner focus. From this presence, clarity, alignment, and new visions can arise.
