Lisa Morris is an experienced Energy Medicine Intuitive with years of practice and certification across a range of healing modalities. In her work, she supports clients in returning to greater balance, vitality, and wholeness through a deeply integrative approach. Breathwork has fascinated her for nearly 25 years, but it was through Elemental Rhythms Breathwork that she truly found a sense of home. The practice felt like a natural fit, echoing and uniting her broader path in shamanic studies, 5 Element TCM, movement, and sound healing.
She brings this rich background into intimate breathwork retreats hosted at her Sanctuary in Nature retreat space in Costa Rica, creating a grounded and personal setting for reflection, release, and renewal.
