Story

From an early age, I felt drawn to mysticism, and that inner calling led me into a devoted Kundalini Yoga practice at 19. This became a strong foundation that continues to nourish me today. As my path unfolded, it expanded into Plant Medicine, Sufism, meditation, and shamanic arts.

My journey with plant medicine and ceremony began in 2008, when I was seeking a deeper relationship with myself and with the Earth. In Chile and Mexico, I encountered the Camino Rojo tradition, and the community, ceremonies, and Grandfather Peyote opened my heart in a profound and lasting way. I carry deep gratitude for the connection to the Earth that emerged through this path.

In 2009, I met Ayahuasca and have remained a dedicated student ever since. I have been blessed to learn from teachers in the Don Selon Tello Mestizo lineage and the Shipibo Mahua lineage, and I have also worked with members of the Sacred Valley Tribe in Peru and in other places. Since 2013, I have worked with Huachuma, and I am deeply grateful for the heart-opening and integrative support this medicine has brought into my life.

Through my travels in Peru and my training in the Packakuti Mesa tradition, I developed a strong connection to the Sacred Valley and am honoured to carry Andean wisdom teachings. At the heart of who I am is a love of sacred sound. I feel privileged to carry many medicine songs, and I love supporting people in discovering their own voices and the joy of singing.

I am joining the Nectara team with more than 14 years of experience as a student of the medicine path and in Plant Medicine Counselling Support. Over the past 10 years, I have supported and co-facilitated retreats with teachers and other facilitators in Canada and abroad. My work focuses on Plant Medicine Integration, Divine Feminine Embodiment, Dieta Support, and Microdosing Support. I also bring over a decade of experience as a retreat chef, nourishing people in plant medicine settings and offering guidance for those navigating restricted diets. As a Registered Counsellor, I bring a therapeutic perspective informed by Somatic Therapy, Pre and Perinatal Studies, and Inquiry-Based Coaching.

My coaching services are designed to nurture your spirit, support you through personal challenges, and help you step into your fullest potential. Through one-to-one coaching, counselling therapy, and group coaching, I draw on training in Somatic Therapy, Herbalism, Pre and Perinatal Studies, Shamanism, and Eastern spiritual practices to support your healing journey.

I aim to help people feel empowered in their healing process, so they can integrate past wounds that may be blocking greater ease and flow in daily life. I am especially passionate about supporting clients in healing generational and ancestral trauma, and in rising into a place of empowerment where they can share their unique gifts and medicine with the world.
