
Lindsay is a RYT-500/ERYT-200 certified yoga teacher who has been sharing her practice since 2014, while continuing to study as a lifelong student. With more than 1,500 hours of training alongside respected teachers such as Tiffany Cruickshank, Tias Little, Kali Durga, Deva Shantay, and Rod Stryker, she brings depth and experience to every class.
Her teaching focuses on Myofascial Release (MFR), Yin, and Restorative Yoga, with additional studies in SATYA (Sensory Awareness), Yoga Nidra, meditation, pranayama, Hatha, and Vinyasa. Lindsay’s sessions blend breathwork, a strong understanding of anatomy, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga to help support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from her own experience with sports injuries and chronic illness, she offers a compassionate approach for those seeking stress reduction, athletic recovery, and a deeper connection to self through mindful movement, MFR, and stillness.
