Lina Veligurova

Lina Veligurova is a product manager at STR Production, as well as an EMCC-certified Senior Practitioner coach, somatic bodyworker, and yoga teacher with a background in leadership and learning development. Her work brings together coaching, embodiment, and movement in a grounded and relational way, helping people notice how familiar patterns appear in both body and life.

Through yoga, somatic awareness, and reflection, Lina invites participants into a deeper kind of learning — one that is not only understood intellectually, but also felt and integrated through lived experience. Her sessions create a space for presence, curiosity, and responsibility, encouraging people to slow down, listen more closely, and relate to challenge with greater awareness.

She is especially interested in how movement can support clarity, agency, and integration that continues well beyond the retreat setting.
