For me, yoga is a path toward a stronger body and a calmer mind. In the rush of everyday life, with constant expectations and the pressure to achieve more, it is easy to lose balance. That is why I value the ability to pause, relax, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness, both physically and emotionally.
I know well what it means to push myself toward maximum effort, from intense cycling among Lithuania’s strongest athletes to endurance challenges lasting 24 hours or covering 700 km. I hold a scientific degree in clinical psychology and a Yoga Alliance teacher diploma, yet I continue to remind myself that I am more than my achievements or any label placed on me.
In my yoga practice, I invite people to listen closely to their body, thoughts, and sensations, to stop in time, and return to balance. Together, we can strengthen the inner resources needed for healing, restoration, and physical support. Most importantly, I encourage everyone to allow themselves to truly experience it.
