I am Lina - wife, mother, daughter, sister... creator of inner growth practices, Rebefing instructor, Reiki healer, workshop leader. Music and psychology accompany me on my professional path.

my spiritual journey began in 2011 after a painful life event. While searching for ways to improve my well-being, I met wonderful Reiki Master Teachers - Audronė Šepetauskaitė and Dalia Braziulytė. They opened the door to the world of light energy, and through learning, practicing and sharing with others, I realised that it was time to continue this journey on my own. Later I discovered rebefing, an extraordinary breathing technique that releases repressed emotions and brings a person back to their natural state (Teacher M. Driukas).

angel Therapy became close to me in 2024 - 2025, when I first felt the energies of the Archangels and the Angels more deeply in the teachings Portals 11 11 and Portals 22 22 (Diana Sos Soul). They are so close to me that I start each day by connecting with my Higher Self and inner child through their light and guidance. This practice brings more awareness, clarity and inner peace, which I convey in my work.

in September 2025, I started a new phase of inner growth - the Time Line Healing training. It was led by Sal Rashele, an American author of 7 books, healer, counsellor, therapist, musician and visionary who has been guiding people on the path of human potential for almost four decades.

this two-weekend training was not only intense but also very deep. I discovered new practices that help me to look at life events from a broader perspective, to recognise their lessons and to let go of what hinders progress. For me, they have become like a journey through time, where past experiences make sense and the future is brighter and freer.

i feel that this training is only the first step. I know for sure that this will not be my last encounter with this wonderful person in this life. His guidance, experience and warmth of heart have inspired me to trust my own path even more and to share this knowledge with others.
