Lilly has been teaching for four years, with training completed through three teacher programmes in India and Portugal. Her classes are grounded in a deep belief that yoga, music, and art are sacred ways of returning to the present moment and to the heart. Each session weaves together chanting, meditation, and movement, with the movement itself shaped to support one clear intention: helping you feel safe, find release, and settle more fully into your body.
Lilly completed three teacher trainings, receiving her spiritual education and guidance in India and Portugal. These two places shaped not only her practice, but also her understanding of what a practice is truly for.
For Lilly, yoga belongs alongside music and art as a sacred modality — not something to master, but a way of coming home to the present moment and into the heart. That perspective informs everything she offers. Her classes always include chanting and meditation together with movement, not as extras, but as one shared expression in different forms.
The movement is intentionally unhurried. Hatha Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga invite you to slow down, notice what your body is actually doing, and choose ease over effort. The aim is not to push, but to create enough safety for something to soften and release.
After four years of teaching, her philosophy comes down to one sentence she holds fully: you are doing a perfectly fine job by breathing and being you.
