

I’m Lilianne, a compassionate and experienced yoga instructor with 200-hour certifications in Vinyasa and Yin, as well as a background as a physiotherapist and mindfulness MBSR trainer. Based in Amsterdam, I aim to offer a supportive space where students can deepen their practice through breath, mobility, and the body-mind connection, building mindfulness and resilience along the way. From the energetic, playful rhythm of Vinyasa to the softer, restorative quality of Yin, my classes invite you to feel grounded, create space, and stay connected to both body and mind.
Join Lilianne for a beautiful spring retreat at Vale de Moses. Known for her warm encouragement and compassionate presence, she creates retreat experiences that help participants rest and digest, reconnect, and return to center. Expect time to slow down, let go, open up, and tap into creativity, joy, compassion, and gratitude. Alongside yoga, the retreat includes meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, mobility work, journaling, relaxing in hammocks, reading, hiking, swimming, outdoor showers, petting dogs, conversation, and nourishing vegan and vegetarian meals.
