
Meet Lia Natali – Your Guide to Well-being
I’m Lia Natali, a devoted wellness facilitator with a deep passion for supporting others on their path toward self-discovery, healing, and transformation. My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself on physical, mental, and emotional levels by slowing down, staying present, and embracing a softer, more mindful way of living.
My journey started in 2013 with yoga, where I realized it is far more than exercise—it is a practice of inner work. Through that experience, I came to understand that true well-being is not something we search for outside ourselves; it already exists within. That insight inspired me to create Bali Bliss, a space for people to reconnect with their inner peace, joy, and contentment.
As I supported more people in their healing journeys, I saw that wellness is never one-size-fits-all. This encouraged me to expand beyond yoga and explore other transformative healing modalities. Over the years, I have deepened my knowledge in Reiki, Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy, Qigong, Yoga, and Intuitive Reading, each offering its own path toward balance and harmony.
My approach is holistic, honoring not only the physical body but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of self. I continue to learn and evolve, committed to sharing tools and wisdom that empower others to live in alignment with their true essence.
