
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Lexi Hyman left behind a fast-paced corporate lifestyle in 2016 and moved to Thailand in search of rest and recovery. What began as a pause soon became a powerful path of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing, as she worked through childhood wounds and trauma with the support of a range of modalities. Over time, that journey led her not only to deep transformation, but also to becoming a practitioner herself.
Today, Lexi is deeply committed to trauma healing and nervous system regulation, with a heartfelt belief that everyone deserves to understand how the nervous system shapes our wellbeing. Through this work, she encourages people to release stress, tension, and stored trauma from the body, creating space for greater balance, freedom, and inner peace.
