
Leon is a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher and a 300-hour Kundalini yoga teacher certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. His path into yoga and meditation began in 2009 with mindfulness meditation, and since 2013 he has continued to deepen his practice through Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Over the past six years, he has explored the subtler and more transformative dimensions of the practice through Kundalini yoga.
With a strong passion for sharing a wide range of powerful yogic tools, Leon offers classes that are both grounding and deeply transformative. Each session is designed to support participants as they move inward with care, exploring their own inner landscape in a safe and guided way. His teaching invites presence, self-awareness, and a meaningful connection to the practice.
