Lena’s journey inward began with a powerful and urgent call to follow her heart, which led her to spend five months in a Thai monastery. There, she devoted herself to intensive meditation practices, including vipassana, and entered a profound state of awareness and inner peace.
In the first seven years of her path as a spiritual seeker, Lena explored a wide range of healing arts and esoteric practices. She completed her yoga teacher training in Hatha and Aerial yoga, and also earned certifications in Theta Healing and Akashic Records reading.
Her sacred medicine path began with five consecutive Ayahuasca ceremonies that changed the course of her life. This experience brought her face to face with both light and shadow, while also offering a direct transmission of unity consciousness and unconditional love. Her healing continued throughout Europe, South America, and Central America, where she studied ancient traditions and took part in Ayahuasca, Kambo, San Pedro, and Bufo ceremonies.
As a trained Bufo medicine facilitator, Lena spent three intensive months in Mexico receiving guidance from a highly respected medicine man. Today, she creates a safe and healing space for her students, holding each session with compassion, love, and a high level of care.
Under the guidance of Modern Ancient Co-Founder and Retreat Director Ama-ra Sen, Lena works with the spirit of Iboga to journey into her higher heart. She also microdoses this sacred wood to stay balanced, expand her consciousness, and receive guidance for practical everyday challenges.
Her expertise in fasting emerged after completing a traditional plant dieta in Peru at Modern Ancient, where she remained for an additional 24 days without food or water. Today, Lena regularly practices both dry and water fasting to deepen healing and connect with her lightbody. Combined with her certification as a freediver, this personal path inspires her work helping others heal the mind and body through pranic energy and breathwork techniques.
Deeply grateful for the transformation she has experienced through sacred medicine, Lena is devoted to supporting others through grief, loss, and tragedy, while helping them reconnect with the Divine presence within.
Lena holds a Master’s degree in Art and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in real estate and construction. Before turning toward her spiritual path, she built a successful 15-year corporate career as a project manager in commercial construction in Germany. Outside her spiritual work, she enjoys time in nature, refining her freediving skills, and staying connected to sacred medicine. She speaks German, English, and Russian fluently, and looks forward to adding Spanish to her languages.
