
Lena is a dedicated and qualified yoga teacher whose work is shaped by both her passion for movement and her deep connection to animals. After completing an intensive 500-hour training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, she developed her own approach rooted in mindfulness, inner balance, and body awareness.
In her classes, Lena creates a calm and encouraging space where students can relax deeply, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a more mindful way of being. She sees yoga as far more than a physical practice — it is also a path toward opening the heart and finding harmony within oneself and with the world around us. Outside the studio, Lena often spends time with her dogs, drawing inspiration from nature’s quiet presence and the unconditional love they bring into her life.
