
“This course had a profound effect on me. It helped me bring more order into different areas of my life, from respecting my personal space to improving the way I relate to others. Over time, I also came to see how powerful meditation can be and how it supports more confident choices. I became more aware of the influence my emotions have on me, and learned not to be guided by them blindly. I realized that I am in charge, and that everything I need for an awakened life is already within me. What remains is to refine the key attitudes and behaviors that live within me. Through the meditation on spaciousness, I experienced a strong sense of empowerment and expanded awareness, and learned to work better with my emotions, especially my anxiety.
