Lee-Ann Turza brings a warm, welcoming presence to every retreat experience. A proud mother of two adult children, she first joined an RMR retreat as a guest shortly after retiring and quickly felt called to be part of the team. What inspired her most was the opportunity to create a space where women can step away from daily responsibilities and truly recharge through laughter, crafting, dancing, and shared memories.
Lee-Ann understands how meaningful it is for moms to take time for themselves, even if only for a short while, and she believes that time should feel truly worthwhile. Outside of retreats, she enjoys staying active and loves sports, including softball, golf, kayaking, and hockey. Excited for this new chapter, she looks forward to bringing her energy, care, and passion to every guest she meets.
