Leah has been teaching yoga for 12 years and holds an advanced 500+ hour certification, earned through training in Berlin and India with teachers from both traditional and contemporary lineages. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga, and is fully qualified in Pre- and Postnatal yoga.
She first came to yoga in 2012, and her teaching journey has since been shaped by a broad and unconventional training path. That blend of influences is reflected in the variety and depth of her classes.
Breathwork and yogic philosophy are woven into her sessions as core elements, supporting the physical practice rather than sitting alongside it. For Leah, what unfolds on the mat is meant to extend into everyday life through discipline, self-awareness, and breath control.
She believes that healing is not only personal, but something that grows in shared space.
I believe that true healing happens not just individually, but together.
