Laurie grew up on an organic farm in Devon, and that early connection to the land has shaped a life spent exploring regenerative agriculture, HR, sailing, and meaningful connection. Now based in Frome, she feels grateful to be part of the 42 Acres team as People and Culture Lead, where her work is rooted in people, place, and purpose.
At her best in nature, Laurie brings a calm, grounded energy to her role and especially values the walking meetings that are such an important part of life at 42 Acres. Outside of work, she loves lake swimming and is already looking forward to the warmer days of spring, when she can dive back in. Her approach reflects a deep appreciation for natural rhythms, community, and the restorative power of the outdoors.
