Lauren’s classes blend dynamic flows with a compassionate invitation to grow, rooted in the belief that vulnerability creates real connection. Her teaching is both welcoming and demanding, shaped by the intuition she developed through years of work as a chef and by the structure and fluidity of vinyasa yoga, with its built-in opportunities to recalibrate and begin again.
Students can expect practices that help them identify their own edge and approach it with care. Lauren holds that the more fully we show up and learn to love ourselves, the more we step aside and contribute positively to the world around us. When she is not in the studio, she can be found hiking, camping, or biking in the mountains with her family, or creating something delicious in the kitchen.
