
Lauren Gernady is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda (KSA). She also served as an intern and Academic Coordinator at KSA, bringing both study and hands-on experience to her work. Based in Vermont, Lauren now leads curriculum development and the academic side of the Mahatma School of Ayurveda, helping shape learning experiences rooted in classical wisdom.
With a strong dedication to Vedic traditions, Lauren shares her knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, and Jyotish through writing, teaching, mentoring, and one-to-one consultations. Her approach is grounded in deep study and practical application, offering insight into how these time-honored practices can support lasting transformation through diet, lifestyle guidance, clinical work, and Pañcakarma.
