Program Facilitator. Laura Venditti brings a vibrant mix of experience, creativity, and warmth to every retreat. An accomplished Early Childhood Educator and small business owner, she joined the Rustic Mama Family in 2023 after being introduced to the retreats by a former teaching partner and close friend who knew she would be a wonderful fit for the team.
Laura is known for her boundless creativity, infectious energy, and adventurous spirit. She has a deep love of dance and a natural enthusiasm for trying new things, always approaching each moment with a smile and a quick wit that helps create a light, joyful atmosphere. Her presence adds a playful and uplifting energy to the retreat experience.
Throughout retreats, Laura may be found dancing, crafting, guiding mindfulness, and supporting guests in all kinds of engaging activities. Her dynamic style and genuine warmth make her a memorable part of the experience.
