Hi, I'm Laura, a Pilates trainer who is always looking for new knowledge and is interested in movement and its impact on the human body and well-being.
I am a graduate in physiotherapy from universities in the Netherlands and Portugal. After returning to Lithuania during the pandemic, I started to look at movement from a more holistic
perspective and became interested in the philosophy of yoga until I discovered Joseph Pilates training. The principles behind the Pilates method changed my overall perception and approach to training the human body. This introduction set me on a path that I am actively pursuing, and I devote a lot of my time and effort to improving my competences through various seminars and trainings. I also share the knowledge I have gained in my Pilates classes, whether on the mat or with the help of a reformer.
No matter where you are in your life, my workouts are for anyone who wants to rediscover their body, get stronger or just strive to be the best version of themselves!
I am very happy to be part of the Pi Pilates family and I look forward to welcoming you all to my workouts. We are learning to discover, explore and build our body's fortress together!
