
Larissa Hall Carlson, MA, E-RYT 500, brings more than 25 years of teaching experience and is widely recognized for her work in optimal performance and mindful living. Certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and Yoga Alliance, she is a Lead Faculty member for the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda, where she supports teacher trainings around the world. Larissa also previously served as Dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and co-created two popular online courses with Yoga Journal, Ayurveda 101 and Ayurveda 201.
Her work focuses on helping elite musicians, executives, teachers, artists, and athletes bring greater balance, clarity, and resilience into daily life. A respected writer and educator, Larissa has shared her insights on yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness in publications including Yoga Journal, The Washington Post, Men's Journal, Shape, More, Elephant Journal, InStyle, Prevention, and MindBodyGreen.
