Founder, trustee, and retreat leader, Lana Anderson Royce has spent more than 30 years supporting profound personal transformation, with a special focus on helping men move through challenge, resilience, and renewal. Her work brings together psychology and spirituality, combining clinical insight, intuition, and deep compassion. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University and has served for over three decades as a psychotherapist working with men and families through trauma, grief, emotional suppression, identity shifts, and spiritual awakening.
Her approach honors the masculine journey, recognizing both strength and vulnerability as essential parts of a man’s path “through hell and back.” A committed healer and educator, Lana is also an E-RYT500 yoga instructor, certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner, and Vedic meditation and sound healing teacher. In every session, workshop, and retreat she leads, she weaves in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practical tools that support emotional resilience.
From 2015 to 2021, Lana co-owned three TITLE Boxing Clubs and Yoga by Blisstopia studio in Minnesota with her husband Mark, building community through movement, mindfulness, and transformation. She has also contributed her service to boards including No Time for Poverty and Freedom Healthcare, extending her commitment to accessible wellness and global outreach. Now based in Peoria, Arizona, she serves as Founder and Trustee of Blisstopia Retreats, a 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit Private Membership Association, where she continues to create sacred space for healing in the Sonoran Desert. A mother of two sons, Lana brings empathy, experience, and fierce love to her work with men, helping them move beyond survival and live in alignment with their highest purpose.
