Kylie is an experienced yoga therapist and senior teacher whose work is grounded in the therapeutic power of yoga. Drawing on nearly 30 years of practice and a solid foundation in Western science, she has created and delivered a range of teacher training programs, including specialised trainings and courses in trauma recovery, yoga therapy, and women’s health.
Holding a Graduate Certificate in Education and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Kylie is deeply committed to making yoga approachable for all. She tailors her teaching to support people in learning both the art and science of yoga, while helping them improve their overall quality of life. Through volunteer service on industry committees, she has helped strengthen curriculum standards and values collaboration with a wide network of yoga and health professionals.
Her holistic teaching style blends Hatha-based approaches such as vinyasa, restorative, yin, and therapeutic yoga, allowing her to meet the individual needs of each participant. She also brings in the devotional spirit of Bhakti yoga, along with experience in Qi Gong, Japanese Oki Do yoga, Meridian and Five Element theory, and chakra energy work. Compassion and self-empowerment are at the heart of her classes.
Alongside her teaching, Kylie is an author. Her forthcoming book, Yoga from Menarche to Motherhood: An Inclusive and Compassionate Approach to Women's Health, is due for publication in July 2026.
