Krystal Cane

Krystal serves as Master of Ceremonies and Program Facilitator for the East Coast division, bringing warmth, energy, and a natural sense of connection to every retreat. A mother of three and grandmother of one, she relocated to the East Coast in 2014 and has since become deeply rooted in her community. By day, Krystal works as a pre-primary support worker, while her spare time is filled with hockey, dance, volunteering, and creative projects whenever she can make space for them.

She joined the East Coast team in 2022 and quickly made a memorable impression with her confident MC presence and impressive karaoke rap skills—an ability sharpened by her earlier career as a radio DJ. Since then, she has become a familiar and much-loved presence at retreats, especially for her engaging arts and crafts sessions. Krystal looks forward to bringing her creativity, enthusiasm, and community spirit to future events and connecting with even more East Coasters.
