Adopted as a baby and raised in rural Ontario by a first-generation European family, I grew up as a mixed-race, brown-skinned child in a place where I rarely saw people who looked like me. That experience shaped an early sense of confusion, isolation, and not quite belonging. Over time, I was naturally drawn toward urban environments, travel, and communities marked by cultural and ethnic diversity. I studied theology and counselling and was later ordained as a Buddhist chaplain.
Meditation was my first doorway into expanded states of consciousness, offering a lived sense of connection to nature and something greater than myself. Years later, I encountered the healing possibilities of psychedelics through the work of Dr. Gabor Maté, and I began weaving these two paths together in both my personal life and professional practice.
As a trauma-trained relational integration specialist, I support people in going the distance on their journey of self-discovery. My work is experiential and embodied, with an emphasis on what is authentic rather than what is extraordinary.
I am committed to long-term, sustainable growth that considers both systems change and individual liberation. People often describe me as warm, curious, authentic, and grounded.
Discovery Call (30 mins) - $30
Integration Therapy (60 mins) - $160
Cannabis-Assisted Therapy (120 mins) - $300
My therapeutic approach centers on the here and now of relationship, using present-moment experience to better understand and integrate past actions and future direction. Drawing on a range of therapeutic tools, including AEDP, CI, sensorimotor, IFS, and ACT, I facilitate a process of exploring the self in relation to others. This work includes connecting with felt sense experience, identifying core values, listening to inner healing intelligence, and naming and embracing the authentic self.
I begin with an initial consultation to ensure we are a good fit, and then we decide together on next steps. Sessions last between 60 and 120 minutes.
