Kirsty is deeply inspired by Kundalini yoga and by the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts it can support in every practitioner.
After training with the School of Kundalini Yoga in 2010, she began leading well-loved classes in Bristol, and later in Stroud and Frampton. Her sessions are known for being relaxed, playful, and encouraging. Feedback such as “When I leave my body feels like it’s smiling” is a familiar response. Kirsty feels grateful to share something she loves so much, and she is committed to helping people release blocks, lift their energy, and move toward a happy, healthy, blissful life.
Kirsty also facilitates regular Kundalini Yoga retreats, both at Soul Simple and in other locations. In June 2014, she co-created Kundalini Clubbing, an evening of ceremony, yoga, dance, and sound healing in a healing, joyful space. These events take place monthly in Stroud and Bristol.
Kundalini yoga is an ancient, powerful, and transformative style of yoga. Using breathwork, postures, mudras, eye focus, body locks, chanting, and meditation, we open energy pathways, release physical and emotional blocks, and activate our potential energy.
With regular practice of these yogic techniques, we support a stronger, healthier, more flexible body, build stability and vitality, improve concentration, sharpen awareness, connect with inner wisdom, and cultivate a happier, healthier, more prosperous life.
