
I have spent 15 years as an athlete and fitness coach, with a focus on holistic health and mindset. As a professional obstacle course athlete, I learned that physical effort alone is not always enough to reach a goal. When the mind, emotions, and energy are out of balance, progress can slow down.
My approach has always been rooted in seeing the bigger picture and looking beyond the surface to understand the deeper cause of what is holding someone back. That insight led me to study energy work and mindset practices so I could help clients build a healthier connection between mind, body, and soul and move toward their goals more effectively.
I support people through complete transformation, not only on a physical level, but also mentally, emotionally, and energetically. I believe we are meant to live as our best selves, though life can sometimes pull us away from that truth. My purpose is to help people return to who they truly are and remind them that they can be, do, and have whatever they dream of.
