She is also a Level III Shambhalla Reiki Master, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Certified Crystal Healer, and a Level 1 I.E.T Practitioner. In her sessions, she integrates mindfulness, emotion regulation, pattern recognition in thoughts and behaviors, and symptom relief through Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Emotion Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, and Regression Therapy. She also supports clients in achieving and maintaining sobriety in recovery. Kimberly provides LADC/Substance Evaluations, follow-up treatment, and services as an Impaired Driver Service Provider.
Kimberly grew up in a family that was open to alternative healing belief systems, though as a child and into early adulthood she often questioned them, finding the ideas too far outside her own experience. Her perspective shifted 16 years ago during a personal crisis, when she became willing to try anything that might help her move through it. She found a supportive healer who guided her, and she discovered comfort in reiki and shamanism, alongside psychotherapy, as part of her own healing. That experience brought greater peace and insight into her life, and she has carried that awareness forward ever since. Since then, she has continued studying alternative healing approaches and strives to live with compassion and empathy while also educating others who are interested in learning.
