With more than 20 years of yoga practice behind her, Kim brings both depth and authenticity to every class she teaches. Her journey began when a friend invited her to a Bikram class, and although the experience felt intense at first, she was instantly drawn to the challenge and energy of the practice. Over the years, she has trained in a range of yoga traditions, weaving that broad experience into thoughtful, well-rounded sessions.
Kim’s teaching reflects a practice that has made her stronger, more grounded, and more aware both on and off the mat. She especially values the everyday lessons yoga offers and the way they continue to shape daily life. When she is not teaching, she enjoys time with her family, being outdoors, and deepening her knowledge through anatomy and fascia study. She is also often expanding her skills through new teacher trainings, always bringing fresh insight to her students.
