About Kikz Katika
Kikz is an experienced movement and breathwork practitioner, as well as a dance choreographer, bringing a rich and intuitive presence to her work. This will be her second annual retreat at Vale de Moses, and it is a much-anticipated return. With a natural gift for creating uplifting, energetic spaces, Kikz invites participants to deepen their connection with themselves, with one another, and with the natural world around them.
Her Philosophy
Kikz Katika offers a grounded and welcoming space where people can feel supported to explore more deeply. As a movement artist, holistic health facilitator, and teacher, she is also the founder of Breadthwork, a space created by and for the community to journey into the depths of self-discovery. Through breath, conversation, movement, voice, and sound, her approach encourages healing and meaningful support for both individuals and communities.
