With more than 4,000 teaching hours and a 500 E-RYT designation, Kiara has led yoga classes in studios and gyms, as well as at resorts, corporate offices, juvenile centers, and country clubs. Her experience includes working with at-risk youth, celebrities, athletes of many disciplines, and people living with both physical and psychological challenges, alongside beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
She has spent years teaching one-on-one and guiding groups through classes, workshops, and immersive retreats. Since 2016, Kiara has also been leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Recognized by Lululemon Athletica as an exceptional yoga instructor, she has served as a Lulu ambassador since March 2016.
Kiara’s personal practice spans two decades and has been shaped by countless teachers. Still, her most treasured chapter was her time with Yoga Journal magazine, where she learned from world-renowned yoga instructors through the Yoga Journal Events team. Drawing on many influences, she teaches a distinctive style she calls Ki Yoga.
Her training goes far beyond the mat, incorporating functional anatomy, Thai Massage, event planning, business management, subtle energy, chakra theory, and more.
