Kiana Broome has been working in the wellness field since 2005, beginning with nutrition before expanding into bodywork in 2009. She is drawn to massage therapy because of its deeply embodied quality, which allows her to remain fully present throughout each session. Her approach combines intuition with problem-solving: she listens closely to the body, follows its signals, and works like a detective to uncover what may be keeping someone from feeling their best. Helping people feel better in their bodies so they can live fully is what gives her work meaning.
At Steamboat Hot Springs, Kiana values access to some of the finest drinking and therapeutic geothermal waters, along with a team that feels like family. She enjoys creating personalized treatment plans that combine massage with evidence-based biohacking techniques, detox protocols, and the spa’s tools—sauna, PowerPlate, cold plunge, and mineral springs—to support lasting transformation.
The natural rhythms of the land and the shifting seasons inspire Kiana’s work. She sees Steamboat as a sacred place where time feels cyclical rather than ordinary, and she draws inspiration from the sound of the water and the steam rising from the springs.
Outside the spa, Kiana enjoys dancing and traveling with the special people in her life. Fun fact: she loves to run backwards.
