About Kevin Griffin

Kevin Griffin (he/him) is a Buddhist teacher, author, and recovering addict/alcoholic whose work has helped bridge the Dharma with recovery and the Twelve Steps. With 35 years of Buddhist practice and more than 30 years of sobriety, he brings deep insight, lived experience, and compassionate presence to his teaching and writing.

He is the author of One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps, Buddhism and the 12 Steps Workbook, and Recovering Joy: A Mindful Life after Addiction, published by Sounds True in 2015.
