

I meet you as a structured, compassionate guide, bringing strong intuition to support you on your personal path. My vision is to strengthen people physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually — exactly where support is needed most in the present moment.
Openness and curiosity are at the heart of my practice. I bring solid qualifications as a Hatha yoga teacher, as well as training in mindfulness for organizations, BreathWalk®, and resilience. In addition, I have many years of experience as a systemic organizational consultant and PSYCH-K® coach. My ongoing, nourishing professional development and my work in the corporate environment are always part of what I share.
The demands of working life led me to yoga in 2003. There, I discovered the powerful connection between individual breath and movement. The topic of health on every level continues to inspire me today. I cook ayurvedically with passion, explore neuroscience, and as a PSYCH-K facilitator I have experienced the effects of energy work. Working with the four elements and astrology also speaks to my heart. Depending on the theme and the needs of the participants, all of this flows into my teaching.
