Kenzie Pattillo has been devoted to yoga practice and study since 1998. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in 2002, followed by her 500-hour training through Semperviva Yoga College in 2015. Her advanced studies have centered on Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin yoga, while her deepest inspiration comes from guiding complete beginners.
Known for her clear, approachable teaching style, Kenzie enjoys breaking down postures and simplifying the practice so it feels welcoming and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background. In her classes, she aims to create a calm and supportive space where each student can connect with their own practice in a meaningful, intuitive, and peaceful way.
